During Covid 19,  there may be a slight delay in item delivery. This is due to a strain on Royal Mail staffing etc. A lot of wholesalers are closed and trying to get stock is proving difficult. Packaging at the moment is hard to come by, therefore you might find a difference in the box your item arrives in. If you want a specific style of box, please make your choice known and we will try and accommodate, this however cannot be guaranteed. 

Finally our staffing levels are depleted to 2 at the moment, from 6,  so you patience is appreciated.

An insight into our process during Covid

We usually dispatch orders Monday-Friday (working days only). Orders received on Friday will be posted Monday.

HOWEVER During Covid & Lockdown our staffing levels are reduced by 67%  and we are still managing to work within these parameters, however we are quite literally 'working all hours' , so please bear this in mind before querying a slightly delayed delivery. We want to make sure your experience is  the very BEST despite the Covid Lockdown. We are going to the Post Office daily .. as we have so many boxes we have to take them to the Post Office after closing due to Social Distancing,  you can imagine how long that queue would be if people had to wait for me to put my 100 + parcels through.. So rest assured we are working 7 days a week and have since 24 th Feb to ensure  your boxes are received as soon as humanly possible. (Remember the Post Office is operating limited hours, so even if we pack your parcel Friday, and take it to the post office Friday night is will probably only catch Monday post, as Saturday they have 1 collection in the morning and quite probably will not have processed all of my parcels received Friday night. The Post Office do however try the very best to catch the post but this is not guaranteed.

 

Step 5. Your order should be delivered to you within 3-5* working days from the dispatch date. 

*During Covid... estimated up to 10 working days (bank holidays , Saturday & Sunday are not counted as a working day during  and the day after posting is classed as the first working day)

 

UK DELIVERY 

 

 

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

• If your order weighs under 2kg it's sent by Royal Mail

• If your order weighs over 2kg it's sent by Hermes/ UPS
   

During Covid 19 & whilst we are in lockdown.. All parcels will be posted via Royal Mail. So 2 boxes weighing 3 kilo, each box will have to be sent separately. You don't have to pay the extra cost, we are paying any extra costs. 

 

 

We dispatch orders Monday-Friday (working days only). Your order should be delivered 3-10 * working days from the dispatch date. * DURING COVID ONLY...

 

Orders sent by Royal Mail are delivered with your daily post/parcel delivery. If they cannot deliver your parcel they may try and leave with a neighbour or leave a slip through your door. 

If they cannot deliver they will return it to your local sorting office, leaving a  slip with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. 

For parcels over 2 kg .. if they can be split into 2 boxes and or are 2 boxes of “say” the pick & mix boxes, they will be sent in 2 parcels by Royal Mail. Where this is not done Hermes or UPS are used. You will be notified and given tracking number which you will be able to track.

 

Deliveries to the UK include channel islands , isle of man and the highland.
