8. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?

We will not keep your personal data for any longer than necessary and only for the purpose of the order in which they were first collected for. Once the order is complete and your item has been received in which you are happy with, we will either delete your personal data or anonymise your personal data, unless statutory retention requirements apply (such as for taxation purposes). As we do not have a new letters, emailed offers etc.. there is no need to further store you personal information data. 
 

9. Do you share my personal data?
We will only share your data to contracted third parties in order to progress and fulfil your order. 

Your data will be passed securely to one or more of the following organisations solely for the purposes listed:

  • Paypal (for the processing of your payments)

  • Wix Payments (for the processing of card payments)

  • Royal Mail (for your order fulfilment) 

  • Hermes (for your order fulfilment)

Also non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for the marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place your order with us or access you personal information. WE offer the use of a secure server. Your personal information for payments is entered on our third-party payment gateways, PayPal or Wix payments. We never have access to or store any payment information. 

11. How can you access your data?

If you want to know what personal date we have about you, you can simply ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (where any such personal data is held). This is known as a "subject access requests". All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent to the email or postal address provided in section 13. we will respond to your subject access request within 21 days and, in any case, not more than one month from the date of receiving the request.

We may change this policy notice from time to time. This will only be necessary if for example the law changes or id we change our business in  a way that effects personal data protection.
