By going ahead with your order, you are agreeing with our terms and condition.

 

The information you receive throughout the website ensure we are compliant with EU Distant selling Directive.

 

We trade as Sweetie Sue under sole trader and I am registered as a sole trader under Mrs S Duxbury for Legal issues.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we feel that to be necessary for reasons of no stock, emails address incorrect, address incorrect or incomplete and anything we deem to be a problem, you will be made fully aware of any such issues.

 

We will try and accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee any items that are not part of a purchase items. For example.. if you order a pick and mix box and ask for a note to be added, this can be done but is not guaranteed, a note will be handwritten , if this is not as you would wish it to be please do not add this option.

We do however try and make your experience the best possible.

 

2. How we process your order

We aim to fulfil your order within 3 working day.. if we have a stock problem and this changes you will be notified.

We send items by 2nd class Royal Mail. If items are under 2kg Hermes if items are over 2kg

 

Working days are Monday - Friday 9-4

Any order received outside of these hours will go to the next working day, fulfilment will start from then.

For example if we receive your order on Friday at 5pm , your fulfilment will be done by Wednesday at the latest.

 

Delivery.. we anticipate receipt of your item with in 7 days of receiving your order … This can be less depending on the day you order. Should you not receive your order after 7 days please email at pickandmixonline@gmail.com

We will investigate Immediately.

 

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information given by yourselves regarding addresses i.e; incomplete, unclear, mis spelt.  If we cannot contact you for any reason and cannot complete your order we may refund and cancel the order.

 

If an item is returned because it has not been collected or delivery attempts unsuccessful, we shall refund the cost minus the postage and packaging costs.

 

In the unlikely event your item goes missing or is received damaged, we will ask the details and if applicable photographic proof. And send suitable replacement.

 

For next day delivery, you are required to book before noon. Deliveries are not available on bank holidays and Sundays.
