Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds

If your item is damaged or lost in post, contact us immediately and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible. 

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information given by yourselves regarding addresses i.e; incomplete, unclear or mis spelt.  If we cannot contact you for any reason and cannot complete your order, we may refund and cancel the order.

 

If an item is returned because it has not been collected or delivery attempts unsuccessful, we shall refund the cost minus the postage and packaging costs.

 

In the unlikely event your item goes missing or is received damaged, we will ask the details and if applicable photographic proof. And send suitable replacement. Whilst Covid19 and lockdown are causing delivery problems,  we ask for patience.. RoyalMail. are experiencing severe problems and as a result if an item is taking longer than expected for delivery, We, as a Company will follow advice from Royal Mail as to when it would be acceptable to intervene. As long as we have fulfilled our obligation  to post the item, should you not receive the item or the item is damaged the offer of a replacement will be made available. No refunds will be offered.

 

Cancellations

As long as your order has not been dispatched, you are able to cancel. If you contact and ask for a cancellation after we have already dispatched your order.. unfortunately this cannot be rectified. 

We appreciate every order large and small and will try our best to accommodate you, please don't hesitate to contact us.
